I’m Prashant, a brand, communication, and business consultant. I help organizations clarify their message, understand how their customers interact with their brand, and strengthen every touchpoint to drive profitability. Before starting Small Ocean, I spent two decades in award-winning global design agencies serving worldwide clients like American Express, Burton Snowboards, Comcast, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Liberty Mutual, Raymour & Flanigan, State Street Global Advisors, Talbots, The Hartford, Walmart, Wiley and The Wall Street Journal. I also teach brand storytelling and am proud that my students are employed by leading design agencies as well as Google, Microsoft, Apple, LinkedIn and Wayfair.

I’m Michelle, a brand designer and design lead. I turn strategy into clear identity, design systems, and websites that get people to take action, so your brand feels consistent everywhere.

Before co-founding Small Ocean, I worked client-side in brand/marketing at Danone, Telekom, and Nestlé, leading launches, packaging, and integrated communication campaigns. After formal training at MassArt (Boston), I moved into design full-time.

I lead creative direction, brand identity systems & web at Small Ocean—and independently partner with small businesses and founders on brand identity that clarifies their message and builds a strong brand.

I now call Switzerland home, with strong Boston roots.
